I would like to add, In case you did not know, that the Wolverton's were the first people to own the place later called the Palmer's or the place with the windmill, located at the east end of Pte. Aux Pins. I noticed that one person has a tennis racket. That is probably because there is a tennis court behind the house. It is/was all overgrown with trees now.
Wolverton was a buyer of moonshine, and the islanders were more than willing to help him out.
